Pet Adoption

At 1st Care Animal Health Clinics, we do not advocate the sale of animals. We agree that there are responsible and good breeders, however the homeless dog and cat population continues to grow and many animals that end up in the shelters are euthanized because of this overpopulation problem.

We encourage everyone to rescue an animal that might otherwise be euthanized, they will be loyal forever companions. We are proud to partner with several local rescue groups, who offer adoptions every weekend at most Centinela Feed store locations as well as at Hound Dog & Cat in Mid-City and Eco Dog Wash & Daycare who always has dogs on site that are in need of homes.

Below you will find a list of the groups, sorted by store location. For more information on animals available for adoption, please contact the group you are interested in, or come to a location during the group’s scheduled visit.
